Steps to Get Started
- Decide what you want out of your training program. Evaluate your commitment level. Ask yourself why you are searching for different gym, trainer or training methodology? If you realize you are ready for a new challenge then go to Step 2. If you are comfortable where you are at, then go to Step 5.
- You should then look through our website and blog. Thoroughly search our pictures, videos, write ups and other posts. Gain as much information as possible. If you are still interested then go to the next step. If you don’t like what you see or realize the training is a challenge that you are not up for, then go to Step 5.
- If you are still with us you have 2 options:
- Check out our Workout of the Day (WOD) Class schedule by clicking on the Calendar tab and stop by to see a class, meet a trainer and see the facility.
- Email or call us to schedule a free Introductory training session. This session will be scheduled to fit around your schedule and ours. The time of the Introductory session will be outside of our one hour long class times. It is typically one on one but others are able to join.
- Come to your session on time with workout attire. Be ready to sample the training and to ask questions relating to your training and goals. We will fully explain the rationale behind functional exercises, constantly varied programming, intensity and group atmosphere of the WOD Classes. After the session you will immediately know if this is the type of training for you. If so, sign up. If not, continue to Step. 5.
- Continue doing what you are doing and continue getting the same results.
